If you are not seeing a record and upload option at the top of your browser application, it typically means one of two things

1. You are set up as a "Viewer" on your organization's account.

Administrators have the ability to add other users as Administrators, Creators, or Viewers on an account. Viewers do not have recording, uploading, or editing access. They can only view videos of other team members provided the videos have been shared with them. Please reach out to your Administrator if you believe you are mistakenly set up as a Viewer.

2. You need to maximize your browser page.

If a browser window is made small enough, the recorder and upload button will disappear. Try maximizing your browser to see if they will appear.
